Lynn Sunday, creator of Slightly Outrageous Artwork was born in New York City. She earned a degree in fine art at Syracuse University in upstate New York, before transplanting to northern California, where she now lives with her husband and dogs.
Lynn began her career as an abstract painter with an unexpressed whimsical side, and a love for all animals. Consequently she evolved into an advocate for animals, and a creator of wearable, and frameable animal images that make most people smile.
Each lightweight piece of ceramic jewelry is a signed original, individually formed from slabs of clay, hand-painted with underglazes, and fired again. Paintings and drawings are acrylic, gouache, and/or inks and colored pencils.
Lynn's work resides in private collections around the world.
